The concept of sustainability is nowadays employed to compare manufacturing processes or define the correct path for material selection. Sometimes, this only partially defined, including just low costs, profit maximization and/or CO2 emission reduction. Actually, a process can be defined as sustainable if an objective function related economic, environmental and social impacts simultaneously maximized. To aim, it necessary appropriate specific indicators (i.e., values aspects under analysis). These come about from simple calculations, they are in terms percentages represented compared using radar diagrams. Then, identified by area included polygon that links scores reported on diagram). scope representation data individuate major weaknesses process/material, proposing methods optimization trying maximize retrieved diagram.
